A 3D model of the city of Prague with the most significant feature being the incorporation of time -- on small scale (movement of vehicles and eventually of people), on mezzo scale (weather changes, day and night, seasons of the year) and especially on large scale -- historical development of urban settlement, at least from the year 1800 (and maybe from the year 1340) up to now.
