The following are provisional plans, i.e., they aren't cast in stone so may change.
Mid term plans (through the coming year)
- Config file support in osgViewer (Producer .cfg now done for 2.4, native .view partially completed)
- Pbuffer support in osgViewer (done - available in 2.x onwards).
- Support for geometry shader (completed for 2.4), instancing and anti-aliased FBO targets.
- Improved shadows support
- osgWidget NodeKit for 3D GUI
- osgVolume NodeKit for volume rendering
